We have a few options, depending on your needs: Stock up your fridge or freezer with a one-time purchase, or keep your supply consistent with a monthly butcher box. Maybe you’re just looking for some sausage or fresh cuts every couple of months? Check out our seasonal boxes. 

Choose from the “Beef Lamb Pork” or “Fresh Sausage boxes”:

The Beef Lamb Pork: This box includes Pork from Wallow and Root Farm, Beef from Birkeland Farm, and Lamb from Crane Creek Farm, all in Oregon. Each box is about 10 pounds of hand-picked Butcher’s choice cuts, meaning that you’ll get a new and fun assortment of beef, pork and lamb steaks or roasts with every box. At $115 per box, or an average of about $11.50 per pound, you get a great deal on some of our shop’s best offerings. 

The Sausage Box: Get 8 pounds of our shop standards and specialty fresh sausages. Your favorite standbys will be in every box (Mild Italian, Spicy Italian, Breakfast Sausage) as well as a rotating selection of our other specialty sausages.
